  • How will we receive our videos?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.You will receive an online link and digital download. The first video bundle purchased includes two parent-gift DVDs with printed covers. View bundles at:
  • Are you insured?
    Yes! We have general liability insurance, event insurance, and all of our gear is insured.
  • When should we expect our videos?
    You can expect your wedding video within 3 months, or 4 months during months June-November.
  • Is there a fee for travel?
    No travel fee for any travel under one hour.
  • How do we pay for our video?
    We require 50% at the time of contract signing to book your day. The final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding day. There is a processing fee of 3% for all credit cards. You can also pay by check, cash, or bank transfer.
  • What cameras do you use
    We use a mix of High Definition Sony, Canon and Panasonic cameras.
  • What type of audio equipment do you use?
    We use lapel mics for the officiant and groom during the ceremony, and recorders to capture audio from the soundboard during the ceremony and reception. We also have a shotgun and omnidirectional mics on the cameras to capture conversations and crowd reaction.
  • What other gear do you bring?
    We bring a mix of tripods, monopods, and stabilizers for cinematic movement. We also carry LED lights for the events during the reception if it gets too dark, and an aerial drone.
